Returns
We want you to love your MORU Aura. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
How it works
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Email moru.support@gmail.com with your order number to start a return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK and US only)
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item
Damaged or faulty items
If your Aura arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Warranty
Aura is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
